Empty Pullulan Capsules

Pullulan is a Biopolymer material. It is a Polysaccharide produced by the fermentation of
carbohydrate (like starch/sugar) by the fungus Aureobasidium Pullulan. Its polysaccharides are water
soluble by nature, through fermentation which makes it a Pullulan. Capsule Connection Pullulan makes an
excellent capsule material because of its outstanding film-forming properties and good plasticity.

Pullulan has the best oxygen, oil, and barrier properties: 250 times better than HPMC capsules
and 9 times better than gelatin capsules.

powders or liquid ingredients.
